These terms define the conditions and rules for using the website at www.grinn-global.com (Service) and/or the services provided within it by Grinn Sp. z o.o., a company based in Wrocław (Poland).
By visiting the Service, you agree to the terms presented below. If you do not agree with any of the rules outlined, we ask you to leave the Service and stop browsing and/or using its features.

Blog - A free service provided by the Service Provider via a dedicated tab on the website, offering digital content related to topics such as the Internet of Things (IoT), sustainability in technology, the Service Provider’s current activities, industry news etc. The rules concerning the Blog are found in the Terms of Service (specifically in §6).
Contact Form - A free service provided by the Service Provider via a dedicated tab on the website, allowing the User to send messages to the Service Provider. The rules for using the Contact Form are found in the Terms of Service (specifically in §7).
Terms of Service - This document governs the conditions of browsing and using the Service and the electronic services provided by the Service Provider.
Service - The website operated by the Service Provider at www.grinn-global.com. The Service provides informational and promotional content about the business operations of the Service Provider. Each User can visit the Service and browse its content at any chosen time, subject to §4 of the Terms of Service. Access to the Service is free of charge.
Service Provider - Grinn Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, address: 54-429 Wrocław, ul. Strzegomska 140A, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław – Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000230049, with a share capital of PLN 125,000, VAT ID (NIP) 8992730302, REGON 020047322.
User - Any person visiting and/or using the Service.
Contact with the Service Provider - You can contact the Service Provider via: 1) the Contact Form available on the Service; 2) traditional mail sent to the Service Provider's registered address; 3) email: office@grinn-global.com
Electronic Services - The Service provides free digital content and services, such as product information, case studies, graphics, and photographs. The available services include:
- The Blog (§6 of the Terms of Service)
- The Contact Form (§7 of the Terms of Service)
The services are one-time and end immediately after being completed by the Service Provider or when the User stops using the electronic service. Users can cease using the services at any time by stopping the input of information or closing the browser window.
1. To browse and use the Service, the User must have an Internet-connected device, an active Internet connection, and a current version of web browser.
2. The User should verify independently whether their device meets the necessary technical requirements, is properly configured, has updated software, and has access to the Internet.
3. The Service Provider warns that using electronic services carries some risk, though it does not exceed the standard risks associated with using the Internet. Users should be aware of these risks, even when applying systems that secure their infrastructure against unauthorized third-party access.
1. The Service may contain links redirecting to third-party websites. The content of the linked sites is the sole responsibility of the provider of those sites. The Service Provider does not control the content and services of external providers.
2. The User accesses such hyperlinks at their own risk and is obliged to review the separate terms and conditions or terms of use of those services/websites.
1. The Service Provider is responsible for the proper functioning of the Service but does not guarantee its continuous and uninterrupted availability.
2. All information presented on the Service may be changed, supplemented, shortened, or completely removed from the Service by the Service Provider at any time (including the removal of the entire Service itself).
3. The Service Provider exercises due diligence to ensure that all content presented on the Service is up-to-date; however, it does not guarantee that it will remain current and complete, and is not liable for actions taken by the User based on the information obtained from the Service.
4. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Service, its tabs or subpages, and any other functionalities at any time, including changes to the appearance (interface) of the Service, particularly in the case of a change in the visual identity of its brand.
5. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend access to the Service for periodic maintenance and modernization.
6. The Service Provider bears no liability for the User's lack of access to the Service, particularly in cases caused by factors beyond the control of the Service Provider or User, such as threats in the Internet, power outages, or disruptions to Internet access; acts of force majeure; unlawful actions by third parties; or resulting from the use of the Service in a manner inconsistent with its purpose or contrary to the Terms of Service.
7. The Service Provider is not responsible for the availability of external services/websites of third parties to which hyperlinks in the Service may lead.
8. The Service Provider shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable to the User for lost profits. The information provided on the Service does not constitute an offer as defined by the applicable laws, including the Polish Civil Code (Act of April 23, 1964). The Service Provider reserves the right to change the scope and type of services presented within its operations at any time and does not guarantee that the services are currently being provided and/or available on the market.
1. The content of the Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual and industrial property rights. All content published, presented, and/or made available by the Service Provider, including graphics, trademarks, advertising materials, blog content, case studies, and components of the Service, are considered works under the Polish Copyright Law. These rights, both property and personal, belong exclusively to the Service Provider and/or its cooperating entities.
2. All trademarks, trade names, and geographical indications presented on the Service are protected under applicable legal provisions, including the Polish Industrial Property Law and the Unfair Competition Act. Trademarks and trade names of third parties are presented in the Service solely for informational purposes and remain the property of those entities.
3. The User is not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, decompile, or modify in any form or manner the software, interface of the Service, graphics, or other elements that constitute the Service, in whole or in part, particularly if they are subject to the provisions of the Polish Act on the protection of databases.
4. Browsing the Service is allowed only for private, non-commercial use unless the Service Provider enters into a separate written agreement with the User on this matter.
5. Placing hyperlinks in the Service of the Service Provider, in particular deep links, inline links, and links using Frame technology, is only permissible with the prior written consent of the Service Provider, under penalty of invalidity.
1. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that all content, at the time of publication on the Blog, is in line with the current state of knowledge and technology. However, the Service Provider reserves the right not to be obligated to make any updates or supplements to the Blog.
2. Any information available on the Service should not be used as a substitute for individual and professional advice. The information is provided for informational purposes only. The Service Provider is not responsible for any actions taken by the User based on information obtained from the Blog.
3. The content on the Blog may include advertising and self-promotion.
1. Users can use the Contact Form by accessing the dedicated tab [Stay in Touch] or another tab clearly indicating the Contact Form. After filling in the required data, users can submit the form by clicking the "Send" button or another button clearly indicating the submission of a message.
2. To use the Contact Form, the User must provide a valid email address.
1. The reviews/ratings on the Service are provided by clients who have actually used the services offered by the Service Provider.
2. The website does not allow automatic publication of reviews/ratings. The Service Provider may directly ask the client mentioned in paragraph 1 to submit a review. The client voluntarily decides whether to submit a review via return message, or they may submit it at any time without being asked by the Service Provider.
3. Not all reviews received by the Service Provider will be published. The Service Provider has sole discretion in deciding whether to publish a given review or rating.
4. If the User has doubts regarding the reliability or credibility of a particular review/rating, they may file a complaint (indicating the specific review in question) and send it to the email address: office@grinn-global.com. The Service Provider will respond to the submitted message promptly, but no later than within 30 days from the date of receipt.
1. The User has the right to file a complaint regarding the operation of the Service immediately after discovering an error/defect.
2. All complaints concerning the matters indicated in paragraph 1 should be submitted via email to the Service Provider at: office@grinn-global.com or by traditional mail to the Service Provider’s address indicated in §1 of the Terms of Service. A complaint form template is included as an attachment to these Terms.
3. The complaint should include the User’s identifying details, a description of the error/defect, and specify the time, place, and circumstances of its occurrence (including the version and name of the browser where the error or defect occurred).
4. The time for the Service Provider to respond to a complaint is 14 calendar days from the date of a properly filed and submitted complaint. If the Service Provider does not respond to the complaint within the aforementioned period, the complaint shall be deemed resolved in favor of the User.
1. In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, if the User is a consumer, they have the option to file a complaint via the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform.

1. The User is required to use the Service, including the Contact Form, in accordance with its intended purpose, without disrupting its operation, and in compliance with the law and good practices.
2. While using the Service, the following actions are prohibited:
- Engaging in activities that may violate personal rights, copyrights, or trademarks of the Service Provider or third parties;
- Providing false, incomplete, or outdated personal data, including the unauthorized use of third-party personal data;
- Taking actions that may negatively impact the functioning of the Service, especially by interfering with its technical components and source code;
- Entering data referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR, such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or genetic, biometric data for the unique identification of a person, as well as data concerning health, sexuality, or sexual orientation;
a. Sending content that is unlawful, inconsistent with good morals, social norms, or the Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
a) Content of a pornographic or sexual nature, related to alcohol, drugs, or other illicit substances, or content that promotes terrorism, racism, or xenophobia;
b) Content that infringes upon intellectual and industrial property rights of the Service Provider or third parties;
c) Content that violates personal data, personal rights, or privacy.
3. The User is responsible for their actions in relation to the use of the Service in a manner inconsistent with the Terms of Service and generally applicable law.
1. These Terms of Service are effective from 31.10.2024 and are available at any time, free of charge, on the Service, in such a way that they can be obtained, reproduced, and stored.
2. The Terms of Service may be amended for important reasons, such as changes to the applicable law, changes to the Service Provider's data, business or technical changes, modifications to the type or features of services, or the need to correct typographical errors in the Terms.
3. In the event of updates or changes to the Terms of Service, the Service Provider will clearly inform users through a notice published on the Service.
