You can also apply by sending your CV to job@grinn-global.com
3. Application
We love talking about projects! If you have something to brag about, be sure to send a link to GitHub or attach a description and specification.
4. Interview
As a first step, you will have a conversation with the Team Leader of your potential future team, where we will test your knowledge and ask questions about your work experience. Tell us as much as possible about projects you have participated in, and don't forget to mention the specific technologies you’ve worked with and the software you know. Remember that when choosing an employee for our team, we value not only knowledge but also personal qualities, as we will spend many hours working together. In some cases, either during the interview or afterwards, we might ask you to complete a test task.
At this time we will also discuss the types of employment contracts, work schedules, holidays hours, bonuses, and the management team will inquire about your experience as well as your personal qualities.
5. Signing the contract and the first day
When all the formalities are over, we will invite you to our office where the Team Leader will give you a short tour and introduce you to the team.
Feel free to ask any questions you might have at any time during the recruitment process, be open, and try not to stress. Remember that every person interviewing you was once in your shoes. Good luck and see you on the Grinn team!
