Eagle Eye Networks is an American company founded in 2012 that provides cloud-based video products for security and operations. Eale Eye AI Platform helps business in improving safety, security and reduce costs.

One of the main challenges of the project was the novelty of 4G technology, which no one had experience with at the time. Grinn was a pioneer in utilizing this technology, and the Nubo camera became the world's first 4G-enabled camera.

Grinn was tasked with designing features that add huge value to the solution, namely protecting property while the user is outside of Wi-Fi reach. Our goal was to deliver IoT product that allows users the freedom and flexibility of choosing where the smart camera can be placed and the confidence of knowing that the data created is securely transmitted and stored. Based on the concept design requirements for weight, solidity and the type of treatment required for external surfaces, we tested various types of components. We then prepared firmware and the PCB layout, as well as conducting EMC testing.

Our industry experience, and fluid cooperation with Eagle Eye Networks B.V. and SLIMDESIGN, allowed us to not just create a viable solution but one that actually exceeded industry standards.
