The EvseSOM EVB is a comprehensive development platform built around the Grinn EvseSOM, designed for rapid prototyping and evaluation of eMobility charging applications. It gives developers everything they need to get started quickly with different Grinn EvseSOM™ variants. All the required interfaces, power management, and communication peripherals come ready to use.
At its core is the Grinn EvseSOM module, featuring an NXP i.MX RT1061 processor paired with a Lumissil IS31CG5317 transceiver. Together, these make the EvseSOM EVB™ a flexible reference platform for Supply Equipment Communication Controller (SECC) development, supporting global charging standards such as ISO 15118, DIN 70121, and IEC 61851-1, and making integration and software validation much simpler.
Running from a single 5V power supply, the EvseSOM EVB speeds up development, debugging, certification preparation, and proof-of-concept work for both AC and DC EV charging systems.
Powered by the Grinn EvseSOM.
